RETURNS:

Stock products (non-customized) can be returned within 30 days of purchase for refund or exchange. If the return is a result of customer error, a 20% restocking fee may apply. No restocking fee will apply if the product is deemed defective or was shipped incorrectly from our factory. All returns must be authorized.
