Tax Exempt Status

Tax Exempt status is based on the "Ship To" address for your order. If your order is shipping to:
AL, AZ, CA, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, KS, KY, MD, MA, MI, MO, NJ, NY, NC, OH, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX or UT
and you are tax exempt, please FAX a copy of your Tax Exempt certificate to 781-998-6599, or mail a copy of your certificate to:

If your company has done business with JAM Plastics in the past and already have a certificate on file with JAM Plastics, tax will not be applied to your invoice, although it may appear on your web order.
