| TERMS – |
Net 30 days on approved credit, or use Visa or Mastercard when ordering. If a credit card is used to pay an invoice previously issued on net 30 terms, a handling charge of 3 1/2% applies.
Accounts with a balance over 30 days will be accessed a service charge of 1-1/2% per month. For terms on export orders, see "Export Shipments" below.

Orders are shipped F.O.B. our factory in Burlington, MA USA

| MINIMUM QUANTITIES – |
Orders for less than the minimum quantities shown
in this catalog are available with a $10.00 handling
charge. Orders for less than minimum quantities cannot
be returned. Quantities of different items can be combined
to reach a minimum order with no handling charge.
Badge holders in colors and printed neck straps are
exceptions. These items are specially made when ordered,
so a minimum quantity of each item is required.

| PRICING – |
Quantities of different stock items placed on the same
order can be combined for quantity price breaks. This
applies to items sent in one shipment on one invoice.

| CUSTOM ITEMS – |
On imprinted or custom orders we reserve the right to
ship plus or minus 5% of the quantity ordered and invoice
accordingly (plus or minus 10% on orders of less than
250 items).

| ARTWORK – |
Modifications to artwork, should they be required, will be quoted on a per order basis. A minimum charge applies. (No photocopies or faxes will be accepted). Pricing on custom imprinted products including labels for badge reels and custom lanyards is based on customer supplying camera ready or digital artwork. If camera ready artwork is not available, we can quote preparation charges starting at $25.00. Below are artwork specifications:
Adobe Illustrator latest version or less - all fonts converted to "OUTLINES" and saved as an .ai or .eps file. Adobe Photoshop latest version or less - files saved as .tiff, .bmp, .jpg, .psd or .gif - minimum DPI 150 - logos from websites do NOT print well and are NOT acceptable. We also accept Corel Draw, PageMaker, and QuarkXpress files.

| RETURNS – |
Stock items are returnable, only with factory authorization, when less than 60 days have passed since the ship date and the product is packed unused in its original boxes. For returns due to errors that are not ours, there is a $10 per box restocking fee. Imprinted and custom items as well as items made in colors cannot be returned. Orders for less than minimum order quantities cannot be returned.

| OVER/UNDER RUNS – |
On imprinted or custom orders, there is a 5% possible over/under run that will be invoiced accordingly.

| EXPORT SHIPMENTS – |
Terms are payment in advance in U.S. dollars. For wire transfers, there is a U.S. $25 bank clearing fee, which must be included with payment. However, you can waive this fee if paying by international money order, credit card or with a check drawn on a U.S. bank.

| ONLINE ORDERS – |
Orders received online generally ship within 48 hours
of receipt (excluding imprinted items). If an item is
out of stock, customers will be notified by one of our
customer service representatives.
